My tripod has broken, and I need to purchase a replacement part or send it in for repairs. How can I do this?

Please submit a warranty inquiry at https://tiffen.com/pages/contact. Make sure to upload a copy of your receipt or mention the Tiffen order #. Please also include a detailed description and pictures of the problem. If you  need a specific part, please indicate that part in the photo by pointing to it or inserting a digital arrow or circle. This helps us to confirm the part you need.
